Code of Conduct for Members of the Association

        1. Respect & Professionalism

        • Treat all members, board members and guests with respect and courtesy.
        • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone, regardless of background, ethnicity, gender, or artistic style.
        • Refrain from any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.


        2. Integrity & Honesty

        • Conduct all activities with honesty and integrity.
        • Be transparent in all communications and dealings within the association.
        • Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any potential conflicts promptly.


        3. Commitment & Participation

        • Actively participate in association meetings, events, and activities.
        • A member may inform the board if they wish to be declared an inactive member. An inactive member is a member who has paid their annual membership dues but chooses not toparticipate.
        • Fulfill assigned roles and responsibilities diligently and in a timely manner.
        • Support the association’s mission and goals through active engagement and contribution.

        4. Confidentiality

        • Respect the confidentiality of sensitive information shared within the association.
        • Do not disclose any confidential information to unauthorized individuals or entities.
        • Confidential information regarding the association discussed during board meetings and or between board members, shall not be shared outside the board.
        • Support the association’s mission and goals through active engagement and contribution.


        5. Colaboration & Teamwork

        • Work collaboratively with other members and board members to achieve common goals.
        • Share knowledge, resources, and opportunities to support the artistic growth of all members.
        • Resolve conflicts constructively and seek to build consensus.


        6. Ethical Artistic Practices

        • Uphold high standards of artistic integrity and professionalism.
        • Respect intellectual property rights and give proper credit for others' work.
        • Avoid plagiarism and ensure originality in all artistic endeavors.


        7. Accountability

        • Take responsibility for personal actions and decisions.
        • Be accountable to the association and its members for fulfilling duties and obligations.
